Please be aware that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the you, the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns on many of our made to order items. Please think carefully prior to purchase and ensure you take your measurements correctly. You can chat with us if you are unsure about how to take your measurements.
Full priced ready to ship products are fully refundable if you contact us to arrange your return within 7 days of the products delivery date per the shipment tracking.
Sale products and products purchased during a discount period are not eligible for a Refund, and may only be returned for a Store Credit.
Returned items must be in a new, unused condition in original packaging with no damage.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection.
If an item you have received arrived faulty please notify us as soon as you receive it and we will arrange a free of charge return and a replacement.
If an item becomes faulty after use at no fault of your own please contact us and we can work out the best solution whether that be repair or replacement.
If you would like to return a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the fault as well as a full description of what has happened.
Chains of Metal can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it’s safe delivery with us.
You will receive your refund once we have received and approved that the product is in it’s original condition. A return processing time of up to 10 working days may apply.
